Welcome to the Court of North Hill

Welcome to the Court of North Hill and the Historic North Hill Area.  The history and ambiance of North Hill has attracted many people from various areas in Pensacola as well as locations throughout the United States and globally.  Through the efforts of our community, North Hill was designated as a preservation district in 1973 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places.  Residents of the Court of North Hill own a piece of that rich history.

The Court of North Hill is a seminal part of the continuing growth in Pensacola.  We are steps away from the burgeoning downtown areas where modern businesses, charming historical homes and newly developed condominiums blend seamlessly with a past more than three hundred years old.

This is so much that Pensacola, Florida's First City has to offer.  From festivals, concerts, museums and fine dining to our pristine world-renowned white sand beaches, there is something for everyone.
